Job Description
L.L.Bean is looking for a licensed Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at the Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 per hour, premium pay for night shifts, great benefits, including a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus, and a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will perform advanced electrical maintenance functions, oversee electrical safety, and provide expertise for complex industrial equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide second level support for electrical maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled equipment.
- Install, maintain, and support complex robotics and vision systems.
- Oversee power distribution systems.
- Mentor and support junior electricians.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and communicate effectively with teams.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Master Electrician with 6 years of experience.
- Industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and reading blueprints.
