Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join Calumet Trace Senior Living for the night shift from 6p to 6a. As a Licensed Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s). Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, care planning, medication and treatment management, and ensuring the well-being of our residents while preserving their dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Nurse.
• Prior experience in assisted living is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
