Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join Genesis HealthCare, a leading healthcare provider. Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
