Job Description

Siler City Center is seeking Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team for 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am shifts with every other weekend required. As a Licensed Practical Nurse under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, supervise patient care, and monitor condition changes. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients, collect data, and report condition changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise unlicensed staff's patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by the state of practice.
