Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Genesis Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Montgomeryville Center. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide efficient and effective nursing care, evaluate patient conditions, contribute to care planning, supervise unlicensed staff, administer medications, and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights:

• Deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications per physician orders.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
