Job Description

Highgate at Paoli Pointe, a highly-rated assisted living facility, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join their team. The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
