Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and observe conditions.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensed practical nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing (or pending).
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
