Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to change lives, build relationships with patients and their families, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction.
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
