Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, assist with patient assessments, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff. This position requires efficient patient evaluation, care planning, and a focus on achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
