Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Genesis Health team. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes for patients. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff to ensure quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report condition changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care given by unlicensed personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
