Genesis Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our passionate healthcare team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to patients and residents.
• Conduct patient evaluations and report changes in conditions.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
