Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and enhance patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess and monitor patients/residents, report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center) or as required by state practice.
