Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and compassionate nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
• Assess patients, monitor their conditions, and communicate any changes effectively.
• Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure with the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably experienced in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
