Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
