We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Home Care positions at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.

- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
