Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. You will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and collaborate in developing patient discharge plans. The position offers a competitive pay range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour for 20 - 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
