Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. This position offers flexible work options, competitive hourly rates ranging from $22 to $28 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition assistance.
Responsibilities

Requirements
