Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
