Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
