New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry and a keen eye for recognizing the potential in properties, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise and passion for real estate to acquire off-market and on-market properties.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to add properties to our inventory.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team for lead generation.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Accountability and a high-performance mindset.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor on a 100% commission basis.
