Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry and are passionate about identifying valuable properties, this position is for you. As an Acquisition Agent, you will utilize your expertise in real estate to acquire off-market and on-market properties and add them to our inventory.
Responsibilities
- Utilize market knowledge to identify valuable properties for acquisition.
- Negotiate deals to acquire properties and add to the inventory.
- Work closely with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to sell the acquired properties.
- Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities through New Western University.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a high-performance mindset.
