As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your expertise in the residential real estate industry to identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire investment properties through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions on property acquisitions.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to maximize property selling opportunities.
• Utilize our proprietary software and tools to streamline the acquisition process and ensure efficiency.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Proven track record as a dealmaker and negotiator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based role.
