Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients
• Implement patient-centered care plans
• Participate in discharge planning

Requirements

• HSD or GED required
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
