Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our HomeHealth division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
