Job Description: LPN - Tuition Assistance

Genesis Health, a leading healthcare services provider, is seeking an LPN MDS Coordinator to join our team. As an LPN in good standing, you will be responsible for participating in the Resident Assessment Process, completing MDS and Care Area Assessments, and ensuring quality patient care and nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Direct the nursing center's interdisciplinary RAI process, ensuring compliance with completion guidelines
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans based on Federal and State regulations
• Train team members on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items

Requirements

• LPN licensure and good standing
• Prior experience in a healthcare related facility
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, and regulations
• Computer proficiency in Windows applications
• AccuMed experience preferred
