Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in nursing care planning and supervision of unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current state licensure as an LPN or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
