Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. This full-time position offers competitive wages along with shift differentials. As an LPN with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
