Job Description

Genesis Health is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to join the team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if at an assisted living facility.
