Job Description

We are looking for a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations in the Oncology/Incentive Compensation sector to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position is accountable for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The role involves responsibilities such as field target planning, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, data solutions, and incentive compensation management.

Responsibilities

  • Support field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies for the Oncology team.
  • Design and implement customer call planning tools and evaluate field force productivity.
  • Create and manage performance-related reports and dashboards using Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support various projects.
  • Effectively communicate and implement incentive compensation plans to the field-based teams.
  • Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to drive business analytics enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like IQVIA, Symphony.
  • Strong business and technology acumen with proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and analyze large datasets effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and incentive compensation software.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or Commercial IT within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • This position offers a competitive salary within the range of $108,000-$162,000.
