Job Description

We are seeking a talented Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies that drive Global Clinical Development Operations and other functions within R&D. Collaboration with key stakeholders, expertise in clinical digital systems/analytics, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital systems supporting Global Clinical Development Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions to enhance trial performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement new technologies relevant to GCDO, building business cases as needed.
  • Maintain and review digital systems while maximizing their utilization across functions.
  • Engage with vendors and solution providers to ensure efficient system knowledge sharing and utilization.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancement plans and roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in various digital systems and technologies related to clinical trials.
  • Extensive experience in clinical study management and project management.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and programming capabilities.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Minimum of a BA/BS in a scientific/healthcare or technology field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical related technology.
  • Understanding of FDA guidelines and regulations related to clinical trials.
