Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dedicated Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join our team. As a pivotal role within Clinical Development, you will oversee the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies essential for global operations. Working closely with stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence and optimize data quality through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to manage technology solutions and enhance trial performance.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and review digital systems, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert and lead cross-functional initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in clinical digital systems and analytics tools.
• Experience in clinical trial management and implementing technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare technology and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical technology.
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines and software validation.
