Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi, where you will undergo comprehensive training to lead store operations effectively. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while nurturing and guiding the team towards success.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations as part of training.
