Job Description

We are looking for a driven individual to join Aldi as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will train on all aspects of store management, from supervising day-to-day activities to developing operational plans and leading a team. As a Manager in Training, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer service, maintaining store performance, and creating a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations to provide excellent customer service and ensure store performance.
  • Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Hire, train, and manage store personnel, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain store standards including product quality, merchandising, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to achieve store targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
