Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively run a store, supervising daily operations, managing schedules, and developing action plans. Your role includes mentoring and leading a team towards achieving exceptional customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
• Hire, train and manage store personnel efficiently.
• Ensure store maintenance, merchandising, and product quality standards are met.
• Manage budgets, conduct cash audits, and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Experience in retail with a preference for prior management roles.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Operational knowledge for handling store equipment and cash registers.
• Flexibility to travel for training purposes as needed.
