Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you to manage a store efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and developing operational plans. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $70,750 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate company values and foster a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Management experience is a plus.
