Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Manager in Training to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations to prepare you for a leadership role within the company. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational plans while fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage staffing levels and schedules effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations for team members.
• Monitor store merchandising, product quality, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Flexibility to travel and work within divisional requirements.
