Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi. This full-time position entails training on all aspects of running a store, supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to provide excellent customer service
• Communicate company strategy and values to create teamwork
• Hire and train store personnel
• Maintain store standards and product quality
• Conduct inventory counts and comply with company policies

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
• Prior retail and management experience preferred
