Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. This full-time position involves training on all aspects of running a store successfully to prepare for managing your own store. The role includes supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate and model company values, fostering teamwork and engagement among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions.
• Maintain store standards and product quality.
• Participate in hiring store personnel and managing schedules.
• Provide training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor store budgets and recommend adjustments for competitiveness.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Oversee merchandising and stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma.
• Experience in retail (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and interpret company policies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
