Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a passionate and experienced Neurology Account Manager to join our innovative team. As a Neurology Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of patients with unmet needs. This position requires high clinical aptitude, empathy, and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for executing promotional activities, developing corporate strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high performance based on values of trust, respect, and commitment to compliance.
- Develop and implement key sales enablers in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOL’s, and epilepsy centers.
- Analyze business drivers and trends, engage with healthcare professionals, and maximize individual and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies while managing financial resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Demonstrated success in biotech/pharma product launches and specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong analytical and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills.
Travel
- Ability to travel up to 40% and attend regional and national meetings.
- Flexible travel schedule including evenings and weekends.
