Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized in a professional and caring manner.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document resident information accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and notify relevant personnel of any changes in resident conditions.
• Assist with medication management and pharmacy coordination.
• Attend required training and maintain certifications.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the appropriate state.
• Experience or willingness to work with the elderly.
• Proficiency in English preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
