Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to promote its adult oncology products and manage business relationships with specialized healthcare professionals in an assigned territory. As part of the commercial team, the Account Manager will implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' adult oncology products to healthcare providers in Community Oncology and Academic Centers, focusing on areas like Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC).
  • Educate healthcare professionals on company products and their approved indications.
  • Achieve sales targets and participate in organizing medical information exchange meetings following regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze the assigned territory and collaborate with Technical Staff to increase product revenue.
  • Develop business and tactical plans, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Support company sales strategy, represent the company at events, and maintain ethical marketing practices.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory guidelines and manage activities within budget.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in Oncology sales preferred.
  • Strong product and disease state knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to meet job requirements.

Preferred Experience

  • Post-graduate business education is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical specialty sales or 3 years of Oncology sales experience.
  • Specialization in Hematology, Solid Tumors, AML, or Lung Cancer is advantageous.
  • Community Oncology practice exposure highly desired.
  • Key Account expertise is preferred.
