Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Oncology Business Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. As the Oncology Business Manager for the Northeast region, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives

  • Develop and execute business plans with a strong understanding of healthcare economics and reimbursement models.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to educate on and execute Jazz Oncology brand objectives.
  • Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for current and future initiatives, fostering relationships that benefit patients.

Position Responsibilities

  • Strategically optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts in diverse care settings.
  • Develop account-level strategic plans to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
  • Communicate account insights to inform contracting and access strategies.
  • Build key business relationships with decision makers in health systems and community oncology practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support field-based teams and address competitive threats.
  • Proactively communicate updates and educate accounts on distribution and access issues.

Skills / Competencies required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and GPOs.
  • Strong account management knowledge and understanding of reimbursement models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Up to 40% travel required.
