Job Description
We are looking for an Oncology Business Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the Pacific Northwest region. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products. This position requires strong leadership, business strategy skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans, including understanding group purchasing organizations, health economics, and reimbursement models.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive Jazz Oncology brand objectives and educate on product access.
- Lead the development of strategic plans for oncology accounts to optimize access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Manage key business relationships with decision-makers and educate on product access and financial assistance programs.
- Ensure compliance with ethical policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems and Field sales leadership.
- Knowledge of GPO contracts, reimbursement models, and healthcare ecosystems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Location and Compensation
This position requires candidates to be located in the Pacific Northwest. The base pay range is $169,600-$254,400 with additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible paid vacation.
