Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. In this full-time position based in Olathe, KS, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that help our team run smoothly. This role is eligible for our Hybrid Work Program, offering remote work options up to 2 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate information to leadership, peers, and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Process operational customer complaints.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams.
  • Order office supplies and maintain filing systems.
  • Identify and report irregularities.
  • Conduct training and cross-training.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements.

Job-specific Competencies

Key competencies include attention to detail, organization, multitasking, teamwork, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED required with at least 1 year of relevant experience. An associate's degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Perform duties in an office or remote setting, including sitting, standing, keyboard use, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Travel

Minimal travel required for job-related purposes.
