Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in Frederick, MD. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring the smooth functioning of our network of stores and warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Communicate relevant information among leadership, peers, and store personnel.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
- Provide administrative support to various levels of management.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system.
- Identify and report irregularities within designated area.
- Conduct training and cross-training within the department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Physical Requirements
- Work may be performed in an office or remote setting.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, and move between areas.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 25 lbs.
