General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, promoting safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with transportation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
