Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and help enhance the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and maintain store cleanliness. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked properly, create attractive displays, and operate machinery safely. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to your direct leader.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
• Cashier: Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide feedback to management, and adhere to cash policies.
• Stocker: Stock shelves, rotate products, organize inventory, and operate machinery following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights.
