Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Part Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Whether you're operating registers, stocking shelves, providing exceptional service, or collaborating with team members, each day brings new challenges and opportunities to excel.

Position Type

Working Hours

• Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform cashier or stocker duties as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Monitor inventory and adhere to cash policies

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with fresh products and follow merchandising standards
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is a plus
