Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to elevate the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. You will play a vital role in operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Operate registers, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and uphold document security.
• Produce exceptional customer service, assist in shopping experiences, and provide feedback to management.
• Follow inventory guidelines, adhere to cash policies, and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Required to sit, stand, bend, lift, and perform stocking duties.
• Ability to handle merchandise up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with company products and retail environment a plus.
