Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As an essential member of our workforce, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will collaborate with team members, uphold document security, and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure product rotation for freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines and operate machinery safely

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Effectively communicate and work in a team
• Knowledge of products and services

Education and Experience

High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience as a bonus. Equivalent experience and education will be considered.
